These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") are intended to define the terms and conditions under which the publisher makes the Business & Sport website and services available to its users, as well as how the user accesses the site and uses its sports networking services.

Access and Registration (SSO)

The service is freely accessible. Access to Networking features requires creating an account. Sign-in via third parties: You can create an account via external providers (Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft...). By using this method, you authorize us to collect and store the basic profile information (Last name, First name, Email) transmitted by these platforms to create your member space.

Account Security and Liability

You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Business & Sport provides advanced security tools (Two-factor authentication (2FA) and Passkeys). The publisher cannot be held responsible for the loss of access to your account following the loss of your authentication devices or your emergency recovery codes. Any behavior contrary to sporting ethics will result in account deletion.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, modify and permanently delete your account directly from the settings of your personal space.

Technical cookies: We use cookies strictly necessary to maintain your login session, to secure against attacks (Antiforgery), and to remember your trusted devices (2FA).
